Scottsdale Swap

11 ladies. 90 degree dry heat. 262 margaritas. 40 years. 1980s karaoke. Well, I can assure you, it was quite a party. scottsdale-051

But among the chitter chatter, slurpy slurry and deep belly laughter, a very intelligent conversation about books started. Titles were advocated, characters explained, books passed.

And the hens cluck cluck clucked when they landed on something they agree on.

An iPhone was drawn. A list tapped out….

Enjoy!

The title of the “Who Killed” in the Scottsdale book list is “The Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night” by Mark Haddon. Loved it.

Life of Pi by Yann Mantel is good too.

Can’t forget The God of Small Things and Wild Swans.

I just bought The Interpreter of Maladies – looked good. I will let you know if it should be added to the list!
